Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following

Perform structural engineering design of temporary structures used in the construction and demolition of buildings. Temporary structures may include shoring, reshoring, falsework, formwork, crane foundations, crane tie-back connections, temporary stability bracing. Perform structural engineering design for construction procedures used in the construction and demolition of buildings. Construction procedures may include erection plans, demolition plans, jacking sequences, and post-tensioning sequences. Education / Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, MS in Structural is a Plus. 8+ years of engineering & design experience North Carolina PE is Required. SE Preferred. Experience designing to the requirements of IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC, AWC, and AISI codes. Expertise in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel and tubing, cold formed steel, timber, masonry, and foundations Proficient in Revit, MicroStation, Autocad, and/or other drawing software Willingness to travel, as it may be required Apply Today and take your Career to a different level!
