Job Title: Structural Engineering DesignerJob Description We are looking for a Structural Design professional to join our team as an experienced designer within the structural discipline. The individual can be an experienced designer or an engineering graduate. Responsibilities + Perform structural design, modeling, drafting, and coordination of structures common to wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, dams, pump stations, collection and distribution structures, process buildings, administration buildings, etc. + Detail structural elements for reinforced concrete, structural masonry, structural steel, structural aluminum, FRP, etc. + Design and draft structural plans for structures or industrial facilities. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Structural Design and Drafting + Experience with Revit and AutoCAD + Ability to perform Structural Calculations + Licensed Engineer (PE, Professional Engineer, EIT, Engineer In Training) + Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering + 5+ years of experience in Structural Design, Drafting, and Coordination Additional Skills & Qualifications + Relevant Structural Engineering Degree (Preferred, Not Required) + AS in Engineering Technology or related field (Preferred, Not Required) + Coordination and BIM experience and skills (Preferred, Not Required) + Experience with project scopes related to industrial or utilities + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work independently and/or within a team Work Environment You will be working out of a state-of-the-art, multi-story engineering headquarters near the PNC area.
