DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.At least 5-7 years of experience in engineering leadership, ideally in the precast concrete sector.Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of engineers and designers.In-depth knowledge of design, modeling, and detailing principles.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? As the Structural Engineering Lead, you will direct a team of engineers and designers, effectively manage workloads and priorities, and ensure our products consistently meet or surpass quality benchmarks and customer expectations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? Oversee a team of engineers and designers, establishing objectives, tracking performance, providing constructive feedback, and managing resources.Foster the professional growth of team members by offering mentorship and development opportunities to elevate their skill setsManage all stages of the design process, from concept and modeling to detailing and documentation.Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the highest quality standards are met, aligning with customer expectationsLead design meetings and cross-departmental discussions to align on business goals.Facilitate clear communication and coordination with both internal teams and external partners.Maintain project timelines, adapting to shifting priorities when necessary.
