Preferred Qualifications
MS in Civil or Structural EngineeringCalifornia Professional Engineer license, or ability to obtain within 12 monthsLicensed California Structural Engineer (SE)Experience leading teams delivering structural design projectsPrevious experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firmStrong knowledge of structural modeling software such as SAP or other 3D analysis and finite element modeling softwarePrior leadership, business development and mentoring experienceLocated in Northern CaliforniaExperience with ASCE 41 seismic retrofit designExperience with ACI 350 water containing structures designExperience with OSHPD ProjectsExperience with structural condition assessment, repair, and rehabilitation Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEEDLI-MO1
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of 7 years experience Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role Strong communication and listening skills Ability to handle multiple assignments Good leadership and organizational skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
