Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Structural Fitter with experience in fitting large structural carbon pieces such as I-beams and other large components for skids. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in the use of hand tools, measuring equipment, and tack welding. This position is a day shift role from 6AM to 6PM in a manufacturing shop environment.
ResponsibilitiesFit large structural carbon pieces such as I-beams and other large components for skids.Utilize hand tools and measuring equipment accurately.Perform tack welding as required.Ensure all components are fitted correctly and securely.Essential Skills5+ years of experience as a structural fitter in a manufacturing company.Experience fitting I-beams, square tubing, and skids.Proficient in tack welding.Ability to use all hand tools and measuring tools effectively.Additional Skills & QualificationsAttention to detail and precision in fitting and welding tasks.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing shop. The role involves working with large structural components and requires the use of various hand tools and measuring equipment. The dress code is appropriate for a manufacturing environment, focusing on safety and practicality.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
