Job Description

Pay Rate: $31.00 per hour. 

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

 To assist the Supervisor in guiding and directing the electrical maintenance functions of the company.Decision-Making Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Supervisor, to analyze the needs of customers, determine the job requirements, and allocate the work.Working Relationships: Internally: Department as well as other division and company. Externally: Material suppliers and outside contract vendors. Assist the Supervisor in analyzing the needs of customers and then, in guiding and directing the efforts of the crew to insure timely and efficient job completions.Assist the Supervisor in maintaining cost control on project work through careful coordination of schedules, equipment, tools, and materials.Assist the Supervisor with insuring that safety (to include the Company’s sanitation and disease control requirements) and housekeeping standards are met.Train personnel as required.Keep necessary records, including suggested repairs and/or work needed to be done, necessary materials/replacement parts to perform the work, etc.Other duties as assigned, including general cleaning and/or assisting other crews if required.

Qualifications

Must qualify as a Class A Structural.Must have good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Must be able to lift 50 pounds.Must be able to work from a ladder.Must have and maintain a California driver’s license and an acceptable DMV record.
