Summary: Seeking a Structural Mechanic II to perform assembly, fitting, and riveting of structural parts while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
2 years related structural assembly experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Skilled in close tolerance work
Proficient with mathematical formulas for dimensional problems
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Solumina and Smarteam
Knowledge of composite resins and materials
Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, fitting, drilling, and riveting operations
Use tools such as portable riveting guns, pneumatic drills, and reamers
Ensure parts/assembly meet requirements before final inspection
Maintain logs and records (e.g., MIR sheets, DMTs)
Make repairs as needed per Discrepant Material Tags (DMT) and Production Change Orders (PCO)
Support Lean Activities
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
