Join our dynamic team as a Structural Mechanic III in Savannah, GA! In this role, you'll play a key part in our structural assembly operations, working under minimal supervision to ensure high-quality results. Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures, along with drilling and riveting operations to meet specifications.

Adapt quickly to new tasks while maintaining production goals.

Utilize a variety of tools, including portable riveting guns and pneumatic drills, to rivet structural members and parts.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and sketches to determine operational sequences.

Ensure a defect-free assembly through thorough quality checks before final inspection.

Instruct and assist team members in blueprint interpretation and problem-solving.

Maintain accurate logs and records, supporting our commitment to safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 3 years of related structural assembly experience.

Familiarity with Solumina and Smarteam preferred; Q-stamp is a plus.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in shop math.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in small or restricted spaces.

Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to work well under pressure.

Other Requirements:

Must have own transportation for training and out-of-station work.

Availability to work any shift as needed.

Commitment to safety practices and supporting Lean initiatives.

Pay Details: $28.75 per hour
