Summary: Seeking a Structural Mechanic IV with expertise in structural assembly, blueprint interpretation, and use of specialized tools for aircraft fabrication and repair.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED 6 years related structural assembly experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Skilled in close tolerance work with special tools and equipment Proficient in using mathematical formulas for dimensional problems Knowledgeable in the use of multiple measuring devices

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Solumnia and Smarteam Q-stamp certification Good working knowledge of computers and related software

Responsibilities:

Assemble and fit detail parts and structures; perform drilling and riveting operations Use schematics, engineering drawings, technical instructions for layout, fabrication, installation on aircraft Coordinate with supervision/inspection for compliance with FAA paperwork/sign-offs/quality specs Rivet structural assemblies using required tools; remove fasteners without damaging structures Read work orders/blueprints to determine operation sequences, rivet specifications, cut/form plastics; follow SOPs for adhesives/sealants/solvents Align/assemble parts using jigs/clamps; make repairs per DMT/MRR/PCO ensuring conformity

Pay Details: $20.00 to $29.00 per hour
