Structural Project Manager
Job Title: Structural Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will participate in planning, cost development, management, and scheduling for assigned projects. They will inspect and review structural design calculations, plans, and reports, ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role also involves designing box culverts, head walls, and retaining walls, as well as completing the analysis of bridges and box culverts. Responsibilities + Participate in planning, cost development, management, and scheduling for assigned projects. + Inspect and review structural design calculations, plans, and reports. + Review for quality assurance and quality control to ensure compliance with quality standards. + Design box culverts, head walls, and retaining walls. + Complete analysis of bridges and box culverts. Essential Skills + Project management experience. + Bridge design experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation. + Experience managing the project life cycle. + Phase 3 construction experience, including retaining walls, box culverts, and head walls. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 7 to 10 years of experience in the field. + Must aspire to be a licensed Structural Engineer (SE) or already be licensed. + Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Work Environment Time spent in the office versus the field will depend on project needs. The Structural Project Manager will report directly to the owner. Currently, there is one other person in the department, making it the smallest department within the organization. The company partners with the School of PE to help structural engineers obtain their SE licensure. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $53.85 - $59.61/hr.
