Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Structural Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating relevant views of buildings and construction details, collaborating with structural engineers and architects on construction drawings, and coordinating with BIM models using Revit. The role also involves reviewing shop drawings and attending project meetings.

ResponsibilitiesCreate relevant views of buildings and construction details.Collaborate with structural engineers and architects regarding construction drawings.Coordinate with BIM models using Revit.Coordinate drawings with other disciplines such as architects and mechanical engineers.Review shop drawings.Attend project meetings.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in structural detailing or equivalent education.Experience with Revit Structure.Experience with structural engineering, design, and analysis.Proficiency in working on concrete, metal, and wood projects.Knowledge of structural steel and heavy structures.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with ArchiCAD, AutoCAD 3D, Navisworks, or other BIM collaboration software.Work Environment

Candidates will be working in a collaborative environment where they will interact with structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines. The role involves the use of various BIM software including Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD 3D, and Navisworks. The work may involve attending project meetings and coordinating with multiple teams.
