As a Structural Welder you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\t Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.\r\n\t Prepare materials and set up welding equipment.\r\n\t Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on various metals.\r\n\t Assemble and weld metal structures and components.\r\n\t Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.\r\n\t Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.\r\n\t Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.\r\n\t Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.\r\n\t Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise.\r\n\t Maintain a clean and organized work area.\r\n\t Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.\r\n\t Document work performed and maintain accurate records.\r\n\t Assist in training and mentoring junior welders.\r\n\t Adhere to company policies and procedures.\r\n\t Communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Requirements for the job:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAWS D1.1 Certification is Must!\r\n\t Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural welding.\r\n\t Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.\r\n\t Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.\r\n\t Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\r\n\t Excellent problem-solving skills.\r\n\t Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\r\n\t Good physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions.\r\n\t Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.\r\n\t Good communication and interpersonal skills.\r\n\t Ability to operate welding equipment and tools safely.\r\n\t Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.

Pay Rate: $21-28/hr

\r\n\r\n

\r\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
