**Structural Welder/Fitter** **Job Description** As a Welder, you will be responsible for custom welding conveyor systems daily. Starting with a blueprint, you will gather the necessary materials, fit the parts together, and then perform the welding. Post-welding, you will grind the welded parts to achieve a smooth finish. **Responsibilities** + Fit and fabricate various metals. + Read and interpret blueprints to gather necessary materials. + Grind welded parts to a smooth finish. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in Welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience in fabricating and welding. + At least 2-5 years of recent experience in a job shop environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Attention to detail. + Strong problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefits of working in a 100% employee-owned company with a very clean welding shop.
