Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Structural Welders for projects located in and around Manitowoc, WI.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $27/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Structural Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

Fabricate and Weld Steel Structures and Components to Customer Specifications using Applicable WPS and Work InstructionsInspect Part Prior to Fit and Ensure Proper AlignmentVisually Inspect Joint for Cleanliness and DepthWeld Flat and Horizontal GMAW, Flux CoreClean Part after WeldingOperate Overhead CraneProperly Inspect Rigging EquipmentComplete Operator Signoff, Record Job and Section in Time MatrixOther Tasks as Assigned 

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 Years of Related Welding Experience or Completion of Welder's Training Program or Equivalent Combination of Education and ExperienceAble to Pass Weld TestAble to Read Blueprints, Weld Work Instructions, Technical Instructions, and Tape MeasureBasic Mathematics SkillsAbility to Apply Common Sense Understanding to Carry out Instructions furnished in Written, Oral, and/or Diagram FormStrong Ability to Define Problems, Collect Data, Establish Facts, and Draw Valid Conclusions
