**Job Title: Structural Fitter Welder / 1st Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Structural Fitter Welder to join our team. This position requires solid tenure and will be working 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed. You will be responsible for customer-based projects, with opportunities for additional hiring in the upcoming quarters. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding, pipe welding, and structural fitting. + Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication plans. + Execute welding tasks according to project specifications. + Pass a 2G T-Plate test, Horizontal Butt Plate, and 2in scheduled 40 6G Pipe test. + Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience in MIG welding, TIG welding, and flux welding. + Proficiency in structural fitting and fabrication. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Pass a 2G T-Plate test, Horizontal Butt Plate, and 2in scheduled 40 6G Pipe test. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in welding and fitting will be advantageous. + Strong attention to detail and quality control. + Ability to work overtime as needed. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and growing team with opportunities for career advancement.
