**Job Title: Structural Welder** Buffalo, NY 1st shift, 7am - 3:30pm Pay: $25-30/hr **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components used in building skids for various filtration applications. This role requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform structural welding and fabrication of metal components. + Work with various metals and materials, including aluminum and stainless steel. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide welding work. + Ensure that all welding work adheres to safety standards and project specifications. + Conduct inspections and tests to verify structural integrity. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve welding-related issues. + Assist in training and mentoring less experienced welders. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of structural welding experience. + Proficiency in welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and stick welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. + Familiarity with safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). + Physical ability to handle and manipulate heavy materials. + High school diploma or equivalent; certification from recognized welding institutions is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage. You will also encounter moving equipment, machine parts, vehicles, and possible exposure to fumes, dust, and mist.
