**Job Title: Structural Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced structural welder for a day shift position. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in MIG and flux core welding and must be able to pass a 3G test. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG and flux core welding on structural components. + Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition. + Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in MIG welding. + 3+ years of experience in flux core welding. + Ability to pass a 3G welding test. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong attention to detail. + Good problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values your skills and experience.
