**Job Title: Structural Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced structural welder for a day shift position. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in MIG and flux core welding and must be able to pass a 3G test.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG and flux core welding on structural components.
+ Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
+ Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of experience in MIG welding.
+ 3+ years of experience in flux core welding.
+ Ability to pass a 3G welding test.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Good problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Work Environment**
This position is for a day shift role. The work environment includes working with various welding equipment and tools. Adherence to safety protocols is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
