Structured Credit & Collateralized Loan Obligations Associate Attorney

Our client, a respected AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified Structured Credit & Collateralized Loan Obligations Associate Attorney to join their expanding and high-performing Global Finance group. This team, recognized for its premier structured credit practice, leads the industry by representing a diverse global client base, including many of the largest asset managers, equity investors, and leading CLO underwriters, such as major investment and commercial banks. The practice is consistently top-ranked in Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Active Bar Admission in Massachusetts. 2+ years of substantive securitization and structured finance experience, or transactional experience with a strong desire to transition into Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs). Prior experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line credit facilities is preferred but not required. Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on a wide range of structured finance and securitization matters, with a focus on CLOs. Represent a diverse set of clients, including asset managers, equity investors, and underwriters, in structuring and executing complex financial transactions. Collaborate with a global team to provide cutting-edge legal services in the structured finance and capital markets space. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while advising clients on innovative financing solutions.
