Structured Products Sales Program Analyst

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Sales Program Analyst to join our Structured Products Sales desk. This team is responsible for the distribution of Fixed Income Products to our Asset Backed Finance Sales investor base. 


In this role, you will:

Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Securities Sales to meet the clients objectivesReview issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverablesReceive direction from a managerExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, compliance, and risk management requirements for the Securities Sales areaCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal and external clientsParticipate in comprehensive reviews including report preparation and analysis of findings, and propose recommendations for a fundamental impact on future product qualityDetermine appropriate course of remedial action, conduct investigative steps to fully identify the issues, and research product information, terms, conditions, or contractsReview complex transactions, process gaps, or issue resolution that require in-depth evaluation and special handlingContribute to the resolution of highly sensitive client inquiries


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Securities Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Previous trading floor, middle office, or back-office trade support experienceDemonstrated knowledge of securities products and servicesKnowledge of Structured productsMeticulous regarding all details, adaptive to a fast-paced environment and able to perform under pressure with high motivation and energyExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% or as neededRegistration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date.Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.Registration for FINRA Series SIE must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$100,800.00 - $179,200.00
