Job Title: Aircraft Structure Assembler
Location: Mobile, AL

Pay Rate: $23.25/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Aircraft Structure Assemblers to join our team in Mobile, AL. This role is a crucial part of the aircraft assembly process, requiring hands-on experience with structural assembly, quality standards, and adherence to production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete assigned tasks on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Obtain a Self Inspector (SI) stamp within the first six months on station.

Understand and follow the build process and specifications within the assigned Structures Station.

Coordinate with team members to ensure project delivery schedules are met.

Work in compliance with production work orders and supporting documents (e.g., quality standards, drawings, and Standard Operating Instructions [SOIs]).

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Aviation Production or a related field.

Hands-on experience with drilling tools, templates, fasteners, torquing tools, and drilling machines.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Aviation Production.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Vision & Hearing: Adequate for reading materials, using calibrated tools, and hearing safety alerts.

Speaking & Communication: Able to engage in conversations and deliver information effectively.

Equipment Operation: Proficiency in using hydraulic lifts, arms, and various tools.

Physical Demands:

Occasionally carry up to 30 lbs and lift up to 60 lbs.

Ability to squat, kneel, and work in confined spaces such as cargo holds and wing tanks.

Capable of working at heights up to 40 ft on movable lifts.

Must be able to enter a wing tank opening (9.8" x 17.7") and sometimes work in ventilated fuel tanks with a respirator.

Mobility: Ability to move within the facility, between production areas, and work both indoors and outdoors as required.

Pay Details: $23.25 per hour
