**Aircraft Structures Mechanic** **Job Description** + Perform structural aircraft assembly, repairs, re-work, and modifications on F-16 aircraft, primarily focusing on assembly work. + Responsibilities include planning, laying out, fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification. + This work follows technical manuals, blueprints, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations. **Hard Skills** + Aircraft Sheet Metal or Aircraft Structural Maintenance and/or Structural Assembly Experience + Experience with F-16 or other Fighter Jets such as F-35, F-22, F-18, F/A-18, or F-15 + Aircraft Modification Experience + Sheet Metal Fabrication Experience + Drilling, Riveting, Countersinking, Shimming **Job Type** This is a contract position with a duration of 11 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in GREENVILLE, SC. **Work Environment** No tools required. Work will be conducted in a depot/heavy mods environment within a non-climate-controlled hangar. There is a $1 pay increase for second shift.
