ResponsibilitiesService aircraft systems such as hydraulic systems, high-pressure air/nitrogen/oxygen systems, alcohol anti-ice systems, and refrigerated air systems.Perform functional tests simulating ground and flight conditions on aircraft mechanical systems.Troubleshoot, modify, and repair mechanical aircraft systems and airframes.Operate ground support equipment to simulate ground and flight conditions.Adjust electrical switches per applicable systems.Read and interpret engineering documents and system schematics.Ensure thorough knowledge of safety and operating procedures for power-on aircraft.Achieve sufficient technical qualifications to acquire product verification certification.Essential Skills5 years of experience working on aircraft final assembly and system installation.Thorough knowledge of mechanical aircraft systems.Ability to read and interpret engineering documents.Proficient in operating ground support equipment.Working knowledge of electrical aircraft systems.Ability to read system schematics.Basic knowledge of electrical systems.Thorough knowledge of safety and operating procedures for power-on aircraft.Shifts:1st (Mon-Fri; 6:30am-3pm) 2nd (Mon-Thur; 1pm-11:30pmWeekend (Fri-Sun; 6:30am-6:30pm). Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37.00 - $44.00
