What you’ll do

Ongoing business support

Support ETRM system, various tools, and business processes used by front, middle, and back office departments. to market, move, settle, and account for the purchase and sales of refined productsProactively monitor system functions, tasks, interfaces, data integrity, etc.Research and resolve issues with deals/contacts, pricing, invoicing, accounts payable, master data, interfaces, etc.Solution new business activity in existing tools and systemsGather, refine, and develop business requirements of current and future tools and systemsPartner with IT on technical solutionsLiaise with software vendors regarding functionality, enhancements, roadmaps, etc.Liaise with project teams providing technical support, data requirements, business processes, etc.Provide data/reporting for audit requests

Who you are

Very strong problem-solving skillsVery proficient working with dataProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint)Working knowledge of SQL or other query/reporting languageHigh attention to detail, handles ambiguity, thrives on a team

Education 

Enrolled in Business Administration with technical, finance & accounting, or similar focus, or Computer, Science, and EngineeringNew graduates are not eligible for student opportunities

Working Conditions

May include frequency of travel, sitting, standing, computer work, lifting, driving, working at site, etc. 


Relocation

Students moving for their work term may be eligible to receive a lump sum payment to assist with relocation expenses
