We are looking for someone to coach our youth girls lacrosse team on Mondays from 3:30-4:30. The team is comprised of 3rd and 4th graders. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to teach and develop fundamental lacrosse skills (passing, catching, shooting, cradling, dodging, defense) Ability to plan and execute structured practices and game strategies Positive and motivational coaching style Understanding of lacrosse rules, strategies, and techniques (specific to girls’ lacrosse) Knowledge of age-appropriate drills and skill development techniques Understanding of sportsmanship and character development principles
