RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for facilitating communications between the mil/vet community and staff of the Center of Veterans Services.  Opening or closing of office and lounge, and organizing information and lounge space. Welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the office.  Maintaining general CMAS inbox and phone line.  Directing correspondents to the appropriate parties.  Outreach to inform the mil/vet community of upcoming events.   Assist in setup for events held in support of the office both on and off campus, and data collection/entry. 

WORK MODEHybrid/Split – Employees hired for this position have regularly scheduled, consistent percentage of time on campus (ex 1-4x/week) and also work some of the time remotely. 
SALARY RANGE$16.50 per hour
