All the content on Africa Is a Country (AIAC) is published under a Creative Commons license. AIAC publishes a variety of content, including on politics, culture, sports, and the arts. AIAC also has a vibrant social media presence on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. AIAC develops video content and special projects.
Africa Is a Country is currently seeking a student assistant to support the daily operations of our program. This is a part-time student position and will report to the Assistant Director of Operations of AIAC.

Responsibilities:
Fulfill mailing orders for Africa Is a Country Maintain inventory for merchandise Maintain contributors database Do regular website updating to keep information and formatting up to date Prepare content for posting on social media Other tasks as needed
Workmode: On Campus Hourly Rate: $16 – $18/hr Minimum Qualifications: Familiarity with spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets) Well organized Capable with record keeping Social media creation experience
