The position
As a Student Assistant, you will ensure we continue to deliver an increasing level of digitalization to our patients by working on a variety of projects depending on the team's priorities. This includes:
•    Working with market intelligence platforms to collect and analyze data.
•    Using analytics tools, such as Power BI, to help maintain analytics dashboards.
•    Survey the developing technology landscape.
•    Preparing workshops and events for tech partners and Novo Nordisk stakeholders.
•    Developing decision material for Senior Management.

 

You will collaborate closely with your colleagues within the Business Development & Tech Partnerships and the Strategy Partnering team, contributing to the quality of our work and fostering a positive team spirit. While fully respecting your study priorities, we see you as a valuable member of our team. Please note: This position is part-time (12-18 hours per week) and is intended for students currently enrolled in academic programs.

 

Qualifications
As the ideal candidate, you:
•    Are pursuing a master's degree in fields like Business & Management, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Digitalization, Computer Science, or Digital Health Tech.
•    You have a good academic track record with practical experiences in consulting, business/technology departments, or digital tech start-ups.
•    You have experience with data handling and strong attention to detail.
•    You have knowledge in management and Digital/IT, including terms like M&A, AI, Digital Health, and Technology Platforms.
•    You have excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and oral.

 

You'll also need a self-managed work style, the ability to prioritize tasks, proactively communicate bottlenecks, and take on responsibility within your team. The ideal candidate can think outside the box, engage with stakeholders, and work solution-oriented. Proficiency with basic office applications like PowerPoint and Excel is necessary, and an eagerness to work with Power BI or similar platforms is preferred.

 

About the department
The Business Development & Tech Partnerships team is part of DD&IT Strategy & Transformation and reports to the Corporate Vice President of the function. The department currently consists of 10 highly skilled and dedicated employees, all based at our Digital, Data & IT headquarters in Ballerup, DK. We bring diverse educational and professional perspectives to our work and jointly seek to drive innovation and growth within the company.

We want you to prioritize your studies and are flexible to adjust your workload based on your study situation. Considering your study schedule, we combine in-person and home-office days and expect an average of 12-18 hours per week.
