Student Assistant for Business Process in ISS Denmark

About the position


You will be part of the daily operations at our Danish office in Søborg. Here, you have a unique opportunity to work closely with different cross-functional teams and will gain experience with a variety of tasks and disciplines within business process management, operational performance management, data analysis and dashboard, and key projects that the company is embarking at the moment. 
Your tasks will mainly be within:

 

Maintain and develop models that monitor the work order and invoicing fail rate, providing insight to the data quality performance and mitigating action Participation in prioritized projects, particularly to support business process management activities such as process scoping and process mapping


You will be reporting to the Head of Business Processes and will have a broad interface throughout the organization, as well as managers and employees in Support Functions and in operations. The 15-20 hours weekly working hours are organized in agreement with your immediate manager, taking your studies and exams into account. 

 


Who are you?


You are in your bachelor's degree study or early in your master's on a relevant higher education within Business Administration or Data Analysis. You have a great interest in business management, value-creation, process and performance management. 


We expect you to be a good colleague, have a steady drive, be curious, and ready to learn and develop in a dynamic work environment. In addition, the following describes you: 

 

 

Structured, detail-oriented and have an analytical approach Strong in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data adapted to different formats Experience with spreadsheet and data analysis tools, knowledge of PowerBI is a plus Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Open to challenges and innovation Communicate fluently verbal and written in English – and are a good communicator. Danish understanding is a plus but not a requirement Take natural ownership of your work tasks and ensure that you complete your tasks within deadline Team player who is not afraid of reaching out to stakeholders in the organization
