In the role of Student Assistant for Sales Excellence, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will manage administrative processes, support commercial strategies, and assist in effectiveness projects, all while gaining practical experience and insights into our operations.
The Team You Will be Part of
Sales Enablement and Development is a team within the Global Sales Operations function in the Enterprise Division of GN. Together, we work towards the common goal of creating sales and commercial excellence. As our new Student Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and administration of our various projects and tasks within sales enablement, channel operations, and more. A good part of your work will be remote support to your teammates in the UK and US.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Enable sales by supporting content platforms and the partner portal, including assisting with content and platform migrations.
Collect and distribute monthly reports for commercial management.
Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for power user sessions.
Develop timelines for the change request process, including review, approval, design, and implementation.
Consolidate, analyse, and monitor platform usage to ensure optimal performance.
Assist with sales onboarding to facilitate a smooth transition for new team members.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) on sales platforms globally to ensure functionality and usability.
Coordinate tasks across departments, including marketing, sales, and product management, to enhance collaboration.
Draft professional sales emails and communications to support outreach efforts.
