Develop innovative programs and initiatives for the SRCs and student structures and general students that promote engagement, leadership, and personal development. Provide ad hoc counseling to students, supporting them in managing their multiple roles and responsibilities effectively. Involvement in finance and procurement matters related to student projects, ensuring budget integrity and compliance with relevant policies. Foster internal and external liaison with clients and community partners, enhancing interdepartmental relations, and effectively communicating marketing efforts related to student governance initiatives. Manage and oversee the local campus based SRC, focusing on their training and development to empower them as leaders within the campus community. Promote and support affiliated student structures, including political organizations, while managing the complexities of student governance effectively. Stay informed about national and institutional policies affecting student governance and advocate for student concerns within those frameworks.
