Work Location Springfield Campus Department Art & Design Hiring Range $13.75/hr Department/Employer Operating Hours Art & Design, M-F 8-5pm How many hours per week are required? 8-10 Description of Primary Duties Receptionist position available in the Main Front Office.
General receptionist/office duties, answering the phone, transferring calls, taking messages, supplying students with advisor contact information and direction to classes, photo copying and shredding. Also, research projects for the department which include using Excel to document information found. Running the POS (Point of Sale) machine so Art and Design students can purchase supplies or pay fees for classes using their BearPass card.
Hours flexible. Required Qualifications Must be professional, have an excellent work ethic, be self motivated, and reliable.
Preference will be given to those who have experience working in a front office. Required Certifications Additional Qualifications Preference given to applicants who attend classes at the Brick City campus as well as those who have flexible hours and are available to work at our lovely downtown location.
