Requisition 202400379ST Title Student Employee-Student Account Service-CWS optional Employee Class Student Employee College Work Study Position Yes Department Student Account Services Division Division of Enrollment Success Hours per week 10-28 Hiring Rate $9-$10 Preferred Student Classification Freshman, Sophomore Nature & Purpose of Position Responsibilities include but are no limited to: Creating a welcoming atmosphere for faculty, staff, students, parents, and fellow co-workers. Taking ID card photos and printing temporary ID cards. Working closely with walk-ins and call-ins to troubleshoot account/card issues. Representing Student Account Services – Bearkat OneCard Services at events on campus. Completing daily office projects. Assist with phone calls and email for Student Account Services (Bearkat OneCard & Cashier’s Office) Assist in facilitating departmental programming and assist with event efforts. Maintain and oversee various office technologies (iPads, laptops, printers, etc.). Assist with other duties within the office as assigned Participate in special campus events (including evenings and weekends). Prepare graphics for Student Account Service’s external presence to university partners and external parties. Digital signage, website maintenance, video design, email templates, printed materials, etc


Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills and a desire to ensure visitors to our office are served in an effective, courteous manner. Intermediate Experience with Adobe Suite. Primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, Publisher and InDesign. Intermediate experience with the full Microsoft Office product suite; particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Keen attention to detail.
