Your Role:Working as a Student Services Coordinator is a unique opportunity to enhance your customer service skills in an international setting. As the face of EF, you'll welcome students, create a vibrant atmosphere, and handle various tasks, making each day dynamic and rewarding. This 4-12 week position, running throughout June, July, and August on a fixed-term contract, offers valuable cross-departmental experience and opens doors to future opportunities within the company. Work closely with students and staff, honing communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Process incoming bookings, modifications, and cancellations Collaborate with sales offices to manage enrolments, ensuring compliance, and proper capacity management for school/accommodation Rotate reception duties Address daily student inquiries and assist those wanting to make course changes Coordinate arrival transfers Handle direct sales inquiries, conduct school tours, and provide quotations Maintain a tidy, and professional reception area Share the emergency phone duties on rota Requirements: Proficient in English Excellent attention to detail Customer service experience Passion for delivering quality customer service Ability to work in a high-paced environment Demonstrate a mindset of going above and beyond Flexibility with working hours may be required Experience working with kids and teens (preferred) Clear DBS check and two references Right to work in the UK Why you will love working here: Continuous professional development Work in a truly international environment Regular social events Ambition is nurtured, and fast-tracked career enhancement opportunities are provided Staff are encouraged to innovate and take ownership of their ideas Global career opportunities and permanent employment First aid and safeguarding training Summer camp canteen Subsidised accommodation available if necessary Spend summer by the sea Close knit team local to the area What our staff say: “I love being exposed to different cultures and I get to practice other languages.” “I like all the staff and we work as a team.
