This entry-level position offers comprehensive training and development within our finance team, providing a pathway to becoming a finance specialist. Initial responsibilities focus on credit and collections, with opportunities to expand into areas such as cash application, accounts payable/receivable, or general ledger. **Our team works hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). In case you are interested in the above opportunity please apply submitting your cv in the English language.** **Job Responsibilities** **In your daily job you will:** + Follow up on and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure timely payment of receivables and resolution of disputes. + Learn to process financial information in many good tools like SAP, Excel, Outlook, Teams and many more, you will be trained to become an expert. + Maintain accurate credit data and collection files. Follow your training and take advice from your buddy to be successful. + Prepare and present reports on findings to your seniors or supervisors, where you will learn how to do from your seniors. **Background & Skills** **We expect you to have:** + Secondary education: Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting or European Language Philology or any graduate having the right motivation to learn. + Basic understanding of systems and tools like MS Office; SAP experience is a plus. + Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills; strong collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn. + Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken). + Additional European language skills (Danish, Swedish, Romanian, Finnish, Norwegian, Hungarian etc.) are highly valued. **Employee Benefits** As a company we offer a range of benefits for our employees.
