Aon (Bermuda) Ltd. provides clients with specialist insurance broking, reinsurance expertise and consultancy services. As an Aon Intern, no two days are the same. You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse teams with colleagues who provide advice and support to clients from a variety of market sectors. Aon interns learn about potential career paths within international business by working in various areas of broking, accounting, analytics and support management. You’ll be given real responsibilities on client accounts and projects. We'll provide round table peer-based knowledge exchange sessions, intern support seminars and on-the-job training to develop your technical and consulting skills – including understanding legal requirements, foundation processes, EQ communication techniques, workload management and networking. There will also be a team project to promote creative and critical thinking and an opportunity to demonstrate presentation skills. For up to 12-weeks interns will work with at least two teams in broking, compliance, account management, insurance and underwriting support, or support services, etc. to take part in a range of insightful and interactive training and development activities. Entry Requirements: + Applications must include a detailed resume. + Must be a college/university student or currently working on an insurance or underwriting designation. + A minimum commitment of at least 10 weeks of continuous work is required, although a 12-week commitment is preferred. + Must be eligible to work in Bermuda without requiring a work permit. + Good digital literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office Software, such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint. + Must have a genuine interest in working in International Business. + Highly motivated and ambitious, with self-initiative to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner.
