Research, understand, and interpret policy and best practices. This intern position will gain hands-on experience in employee relations processes, policies, and best practices. Will work closely with HR professionals to support initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, compliance, and organizational culture. This role, you will assist in handling employee concerns, conducting surveys, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement; participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs, training sessions, and policy updates. This role will provide the candidate with valuable insights into the field of Human Resources and prepare the candidate for a career in employee relations or related areas. WORKING CONDITIONS There are no major sources of discomfort, i.e., essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature and air conditions. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Requires the ability and knowledge for analysis and interpretation of procedures, policies and practices attainable through specific education and/or training programs in a specialty or technical field.
