Begin a career as part of the administrative team, utilizing your skills and abilities to change the life of a Job Corps student.** **Position name: Student Leadership Coordinator** **Facility name: Clearfield Job Corps Center** **Location:** Clearfield, UT **Work schedule:** Varies with some overtime possibilities. **Benefit package includes:** + Health/dental/vision/life insurance + AD&D as well as short-term disability + 401(k) + Paid time off + Paid holidays + Professional development assistance + Career advancement opportunities **Job responsibilities:**  Responsible for supervision of student leadership program, student leadership council, welfare fund, leadership instruction, religious and voting services as well as welfare fund concessions. **Essential functions:** + Develop center leadership program and provide leadership instruction; develop and prepare lessons for leadership classes + Provide coordination and oversight among, and between, all student leadership positions to include staff representatives + Supervise student leadership council, which includes maintaining communication with administration, scheduling and supervising meetings and guiding development of skills in self-government + Coordinate the concessions operation and administer student welfare fund + Chaperone student leadership functions **Education and Experience Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience + Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements + Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required + Must possess or acquire within 60 days of employment, a valid UT class B CDL with passenger endorsement and an acceptable driving record is required **Why:**  Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.
