Salary Range: $83,000.00 - $93,600.00  

*As required under NYC Human Rights Law Int 1208-2018 - Salary range for this role when Hired for NYC Offices 

Position Summary

Implement a strategic vision for championing and promoting a healthy environment that will allow students to develop skills for achieving and maintaining optimal physical and mental health. With guidance from the Associate Dean, provide leadership and oversight for student wellness initiatives and help lead College efforts to support well-being for all students. Develop and implement programs and policies to improve student satisfaction while acting as a liason to faculty and staff who also provide student support services. Interact closely with Housing, Financial Aid, Student Accounting, Environmental Health & Safety, Graduate School, Registrar, and others as needed.

Job Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Student Hotspot portal for medical students.  Ensure portal provides a comprehensive avenue for students to connect with each other and important institutional policies and resources.    Working closely with associate deans and administrative staff, assist in the design, development and implementation of first year medical student orientation.  Coordinate administrative logistics for summer CAMP experience.  Under supervision of the Associate Dean (Student Affairs), implement a thoughtful, comprehensive plan for graduate/medical student wellness education. Education Bachelor's Degree in related field Experience

Experience in related field required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal effectively with people in the widest variety of job classifications. Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills, be able to work independently in a busy clinical laboratory, highly motivated to provide high quality patient care in a team-oriented setting, and be very attentive to details.
