This program provides the Student/ New Grad Registered Nurse the following Opportunities:
A 10-to-12-week orientation with a Preceptor and Nurse Educator that guides the nurse through important skills of their desired Unit.They get the chance to hon in on the critical skills any Registered Nurse needs to be successful
