Position Title Student Office Assistant Student Status Work Study Optional –You are not required to be a Federal Work Study Recipient to hold this position. Work Location Springfield Campus Department Library Hiring Range $12.30 Department/Employer Operating Hours 8:00AM-5:00PM How many hours per week are required? 10-20 Description of Primary Duties Student will help with daily activities in the administrative suite of the Library, including but not limited to: answering the phone and taking messages, building support, setting up rooms for meetings and putting them back how they were before, data entry, filing, light custodial duties, light tech support, building support, and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications General office knowledge, writing and communication skills, telephone etiquette, and customer service skills.
