What does your future team look like?  

Our cross-functional team consists of about 15 people, software and hardware developers, RAMS managers, engineering and manufacturing experts and others. Our goal Is to design and develop a level-crossing system and its adaptation for individual customers. This level-crossing system fulfills the highest functional safety level (SIL 4) and the IT-security (SL3).

 

Main responsibilities:

Analysis and design of test cases based on input documentation Implementation of software module and integration test cases for level-crossing controller Support the SW team during debugging and bug-fixing After training, the opportunity to delve deeper into software design and implementation  

Key requirements:

Knowledge of Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 PLC Practical experience with the TIA Portal Practical experience with MS Excel You can speak English (German as an advantage) Good communication skills, team spirit  

What we appreciate if you have extra:

Practical experience with Safety Advanced Knowledge of Profinet and PROFIsafe protocols Practical experience with network communication and Wireshark tool Willingness to work up to 20 hours per week
