Position Summary:
Qualifications:
1. Pursuing a law degree with a competitive GPA.
2. Demonstrated interest in health care law and policy, health research regulation, regulation of health professionals, emerging technologies and/or privacy law;
3. Familiarity with comparative law methodologies.
4. Experience with copy editing, reference formatting, and legal source checking is an asset.
5. Background in biology, informatics fields, and/or bioethics is an asset
6. Works well in a team
7. Meticulous
8. Fluent in English and working knowledge of French
9. This is an in-person position.
10. 14 hours minimum during the academic year and full time in the Summer.
Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 4 (qualifier) on a scale of 0-4
