The Robert H Smith School of Business Office of Smith IT is seeking Student Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to faculty staff and students The successful candidate will respond to inquiriesrequests diagnose and resolve technical problems and provide support for computer systems software applications printing and network connectivity Key Responsibilities Respond to inquiries from faculty staff and students regarding computer hardware software printer and network related issues Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to computer systems software applications printers and network connectivity Install configure and maintain computer hardware and software applications Provide support for the University and Smith School applications hardware networks and printers Provide training to faculty staff and students on using technology resources Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information and data Document technical issues and resolutions in the ServiceNow ticketing system Perform other duties as assigned
