Lincoln Tech is seeking a Part-time Student Services Coordinator who will support the student community as a comprehensive resource and facilitator. This position will focus on the success of the students, programs, and school by fostering positive attitudes and relationships and as well as enhancing student life. Must be available between the hours of 4pm and 9pm, Mon.-Thurs. Average 16 hours per week. Pay range: $23-$25/hr. Responsibilities for a Student Services Coordinator + Confer with and advise students on academic, disciplinary, and related issues such as poor attendance and school performance + Assist the Dean/Program Supervisors in maintaining a secure and educationally conducive environment + Manage student academic needs while identifying and assisting at-risk students who exhibit deficiencies + Oversee activities related to improving student retention and satisfaction as well as provide feedback to campus management + Establish and maintain current community resources to address student issues + Must be outgoing and empathetic towards students needs Requirements for a Student Services Coordinator + Associate degree or equivalent experience + Ability to read and interpret documents including federal, state, and local regulations + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written + Ability to interpret and manipulate key statistics related to student retention + Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office systems Part-Time Benefits + 401(k) with Company Match + Paid Time Off + Growth Opportunities About Us For over 75 years Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, Information Technology, Cosmetology, and Culinary Arts.
