Key Responsibilities:
Learner Onboarding and Orientation:
Conduct an introductory orientation session on the first day of training to introduce learners to the Learning Management System (LMS) and its features and explain how to navigate the courses, access resources, and utilize the LMS as a tool Offer follow-up sessions during the first week to address any onboarding challenges and ensure learners are comfortable with the platform and course structure Learner Support and Engagement During Self-Paced Phase:
Conduct daily check-in sessions with learners during the first month:
Morning Session: Set daily goals, review progress, and address questions or challenges Afternoon Session: Recap the day’s progress, provide encouragement, and resolve outstanding concerns Proactively monitor learner progress on the LMS to identify and assist at-risk learners Offer personalized support to learners who face difficulties, including time management, technical issues, or course content Encourage peer-to-peer collaboration through discussion forums on the LMS Transition to Blended Learning:
After the first month of self-paced learning, ensure a smooth transition to virtual instructor-led training by:
Scheduling a wrap-up session to review self-paced achievements and set expectations for the upcoming instructor-led phase Collaborating with facilitators to share insights on learner performance and challenges Maintain ongoing support during the blended program by:
Conducting weekly check-ins with learners to track their progress on self-paced elements Providing additional resources or guidance for learners who require extra support Monitoring engagement with self-paced components and encouraging learners to stay on track Monitoring and Reporting:
Track learner activity and progress using performance dashboards and LMS analytics Identify at-risk learners early and implement tailored intervention plans Maintain detailed records of learner interactions, challenges, and successes for reporting and analysis Share regular updates with the Classroom Manager and programs team on learner engagement and satisfaction Continuous Improvement and Training:
Participate in training sessions to remain updated on LMS features, digital tools, and learner engagement strategies Provide feedback to the programs and product teams to enhance the onboarding experience and overall program delivery Emotional and Academic Well-being:
Support learners in managing stress, setting goals, and maintaining motivation Celebrate learner milestones and achievements to foster a sense of accomplishment and belonging Qualifications and Experience:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in learner support, academic advising, or customer success Familiarity with LMS platforms and blended learning environments Experience in facilitating onboarding or training sessions Technical Skills:
Proficiency in LMS platforms and other digital tools used for learning Ability to guide learners in navigating self-paced and blended programs effectively Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities Empathy and cultural sensitivity to support diverse learner needs Organizational Skills:
Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities Attention to detail in tracking and reporting learner progress Critical Competencies:
A proactive, learner-centric approach to support and engagement Collaboration skills to work seamlessly with facilitators, program managers, and learners
