The New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences at the ASU West Valley campus is seeking a Student Success/Retention Coordinator to be a part of our undergraduate services team. This position counsels and confers with both current and prospective students within various programs of study; and provides guidance, support and understanding around enrollment, finances, housing, academic skill building and barriers to retaining and persisting through to graduation. This position is located at ASU’s West Valley campus in Glendale, AZ with a Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm schedule including some nights and weekends as needed for special events.

Master's degree in Counseling, Education or in a similar field appropriate to area of assignment and three (3) years related experience in the area of career exploration and retention in higher education. OR, Any equivalent combination of experience, and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
