To be eligible for the Pathways Intern Program, individuals must have been accepted for enrollment or be enrolled and seeking a degree (diploma, certificate, etc.) In a qualifying educational institution on a full or half time basis. Responsibilities As a participant in the Pathways Intern Program, you will receive both formal and on-the-job training to develop the required knowledge and skill to successfully perform the duties of the position. The incumbent works independently on continuing assignments or projects that require application of standard well-establish principles. Performs assignments of limited scope and complexity designed to guide the incumbent towards the skills to perform the job. The incumbent selects approach and methods used to complete various tasks. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Pathways Interns qualify based on their educational achievements. For the GS-02 grade level: Completion of a High school diploma or equivalent. For the GS-03 grade level: Completion of 1 full academic year of post high school study Additional Information: Applicants who indicate they meet the minimum qualifications will receive an email invitation to complete online assessments. If you have completed all of the required assessments previously and these results may be re-used, you will receive an email stating you have already completed the required assessments. Conversion is not mandatory or guaranteed for participants and is dependent (among other things) on the employee's successful completion of the Agency student-program requirements.
