Job Description:

As a student in the customer service department, you will be helping the team in the daily operation.

Mainly around our pricing process but also handling the incoming orders from customer

You will have close contact with our sales departments, product availability coordinators and our logistic partners to secure the best possible service level to our customers

You will also interact with Sales, Supply Chain Planning and Distributor to continuously improve our processes and KPI’s.

What are we looking for?

Still 2-3 years of supply chain or similar education leftPassionate about delivering high quality customer serviceKnowledge about ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Power Bi, Microsoft office) is desirableDue to lots of interactions with Nordic stakeholders and customer a Nordic speaking language is required

Essential duties and responsibilities

Supporting the order to cash process. Receive and handle orders from customers via EDI and sometimes e-mail.
