Objective To provide support to faculty and staff in the Biology Department. Essential Duties Maintain laboratory preparations, clean and maintain glassware, organize and clean work areas, work with hazardous chemicals in a safe environment while using personal protection equipment, prepare chemical solutions and dilutions and necessary, assist faculty when needed. Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be federal work-study eligible and must be at least a half-time student. Preferred Experience and Training Some biology lab coursework preferred. Required Degree, License or Certifications Physical Requirements Continued movement between labs and lecture rooms. Will require moving and lifting objects.
