What you’ll do
Create and maintain Requests for Quotes for MRP replenishment itemsSupport Contract Lifecycle ManagementP-Card process management and reconciliationSupport/expedite material purchasesInvestigating receiving/invoicing discrepanciesMaterial analysis and data enhancement for Master Data supportComplete warehouse analysis and reporting on an ad hoc basisSupport the Procure-to-Pay process for goods and servicesIdentify cost reductions and mitigate risksSupport vendor setup and contract closeout processesBasic contract negotiations with stakeholder engagementWho you are

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in SCM or any Business-related degree (Commerce, Economics, Finance, etc.Preference will be given to students in 3rd or 4th yearAvailability for multiple work terms is preferredStrong academic performanceAbility to work 40 hours per week during the scheduled semesterAttached copies of transcriptsMust be enrolled in a 2025 Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work termCandidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered New graduates are not eligible for student opportunitiesWorking Conditions
